Vision Board Workshop
Encourages forward thinking through SMART goal setting and the concept of P.G.I.M. workshop: objective, goal, commitment, and dedication. The objective indicates the end state; goal indicates a detailed fraction of the overall objective; commitment reflects the action that is required to reach the goal and attain the overall objective; and dedication specifies the amount of time that is designated for each commitment to ensure attainment of both the goal and objective. This workshop discusses what it means to have growth in motion and how it applies to Grow into Your Vision.
Real Authentic Writing (R.A.W.) is emotional writing and allows one to be open expressing vulnerability to life experiences. The intent is to go beyond surface answers and express inner thoughts, emotions, and feelings.

Question and answer (Q&A) is driven by a series of questions which may create a pattern of logical thinking or create the use of imaginative thoughts awakening the inner child.
Free Flow Writing
Writing Workshops
Free flow writing creates a safe zone to release and be oneself without restrictions. It is a therapeutic form of writing to release any form of stress i.e. mental, emotional etc. and creativity. The goal is to assist individuals in clearing their mind as a way of escape through writing as a free form expression i.e. story, movie, poetry, rap, song, or drawing through storyboard. Publicly sharing individual and team exercises is encouraged in order to truly receive and understand P.G.I.M. motto “life experiences connecting me to you.”
Word choice consist of being provided a series of words (six or more) which requires a 1-2 page story with the use of all words provided.

Group exercise requires multiple individuals to write one story. Individuals will be responsible for providing a beginning, middle and end. All stories must be creative in nature. All topics for group exercises will be drawn from a vase placed in the middle of each table.
